Evening and afternoon meals feature slow oven roasted turkey or beef, delicious soups and stews or home-style hearty sandwiches. Thursday is prime rib night! Homemade breads or rolls and a beverage of coffee, iced tea or lemonade accompany all meals. Bring a bottle of wine to make the meal even more special. Slow down and linger over coffee and a plate of cookies, lemon squares or a bowl of chocolate "West Branch Mud."
